Refund policy

Paddle purchases
Paddle is our reseller and Merchant of Record for new purchases. Refund requests are handled under Paddle’s refund policy and applicable consumer law. Mandatory withdrawal, refund and product-defect rights remain unaffected.
Use the support or subscription-management link in your receipt, or visit Paddle buyer support and request a refund. Eligibility depends on the transaction, applicable rights and Paddle’s policy. Include your purchase email and transaction reference; never send card details or your license key.
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, eligible EU consumers can use the withdrawal option in Paddle’s Customer Portal during the applicable period. Conditions for digital content, initial payments and renewals are explained in Paddle’s policy. This page does not impose a blanket waiver of your rights or promise an unconditional refund.
Technical problems
Contact support@isift.app for help with isift.app, activation or a product defect. If the problem remains unresolved, you can also contact Paddle with the transaction details and our response.
Cancellation and access
Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals and takes effect at the end of its current billing period. Cancellation alone does not request a refund. A refund or payment reversal may end access associated with that payment.
Earlier purchases
Use the support link in your original receipt, or contact us with your purchase reference. Earlier purchases retain their original payment provider and applicable purchase conditions.
