What’s new

Changes in each version of iSift. The app tells you when a new version is available.

Version 2.1.1

  • Continue your trial on another Mac: enter the same email and the code we send you. The trial keeps its original end date.
  • Clearer messages when a trial can’t be started or continued.
  • Installing an update from the welcome screen now keeps the update window in front until you’re done.
  • Taller email and code fields in the trial window, and no preselected Skip button on the welcome screen.

Version 2.1.0

  • A cleaner, more spacious interface.
  • New color themes, chosen in Settings.
  • iSift opens on its welcome screen while it checks your license in the background, without a brief flash of the license screen. A lost connection is no longer shown as an invalid license.
  • Fixed a crash when a Mail message had an empty Content-Type header.
  • Fixed a crash when quitting iSift while Mail or Messages indexing was running. Indexing now stops safely first and keeps its progress.
